Voidus Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 @Edge Do you value practicality or logic more? If you value practicality, you're an ST, if you value logic, you're an NT. I always found that to be a weird distinction, logic is eminently practical. 2
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 (edited) I always found that to be a weird distinction, logic is eminently practical. Well, apparently if you think this, you're an NT because I've always been confused by it as well. Edited October 13, 2015 by Mashadar Mistborn
Voidus Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Something else I've just realized is that I don't think I have a single character without some kind of social anxiety or at the least social awkwardness. The sole exception to this would be Metronome strangely enough.

Metronome: Either an inspiration to those who lack confidence....or a chilling reminder that too much confidence is a bad thing and you should just stay inside on the internet forever.
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Tremble before my power! The time is now 6:55 and 46 seconds. 1
Voidus Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Maybe not, but anyone who goes to dinner with Metronome feels awkward when he starts threatening the waiters. He's been waiting for 43 minutes and 20 seconds and a medium-well steak should take at most 24 minutes and 13 seconds. If you take too long again then so help him he will tell you that the time is actually 3 seconds later than it is and then you'll be late for EVERYTHING!!!!! 2

Voidus Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 But yeah:PP has understandably awkward interactions when he randomly starts yelling at himself.MV has tsundere tendacies so that's probably the closest to non-awkward since it's only with one person.Impact used to suffer from chronic shyness and even now she's still pretty introverted.Scribbler has... issues.Neverthere never wants to actually be in the same room as someone which stems from some past social issues and borderline agoraphobia.Cornucopia just doesn't like people. The Adventurer is one of my more outgoing characters but only because he's in a completely different reality.Bioterror kills just about every he's ever met so he's got some somewhat skewed views on human interaction. And the MEE are all destined to die so they don't count. 1
Voidus Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 (edited) Soulcaster? Traps people who bore him in horrific hellish conditions in an alternate dimension with no means of escape for eternity. Other than that he hosts a fight pit because he enjoys watching people murder each other so not terribly well adjusted. Oh and lets not forget Simon from last years Halloween RP whose idea of normal interactions is making people murder their whole family and leave them dwelling in a pit of despair and self loathing while he goes off to turn someone else into an involuntary information booth. TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted October 14, 2015 Author Posted October 14, 2015 I don't know that my characters really have a unifying theme to them. Looking at Funtimes and the Financier it'd be possible to say I like oddballs (which I do) but others are relatively normal for the setting. 1
Kobold King he/him Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Lightwards and Vondra are both coldly logical leaders, to different degrees... and in different ways... and practically everything about them as people is different.... Sam and Cricket both snark off to Epics? I'm having trouble here. 1

Awesome crazy people with Autumn thrown in for some irony (Being the only psychologist/counsellor in the RP so far) and shipping with Quota as juxtaposition since basically all he does is be a massive slontze. Wait a minute. My characters are all people you might meet on a forum like this one, making Koschei the banned former member who did his best to ruin the site and Quota the present troll who hasn't had the banhammer catch up with him yet. I write about the internet, apparently. 2

Pretty much, yeah. She spams the forum with sparkles and has random "Pink Days" when she turns everything pink just because. 1

Hmm... would Lightwards be a mean moderator, or just a grumpy lurker who logs on once a blue moon to post an essay about dinosaurs or a seven-page rebuttal of a college student's grasp of science? 2

Shortly after gaining admin access, one of Jeff Carlisles multiple different accounts planted several hidden virus' around the site just in case he ever needed to destroy it. 3
