WayneSpren he/him Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 (edited) Discovered four days ago, 800 comics in. I need to look at more of these fandom things. I'm at 757 or so. Edit: how do you make a poll, anyway? Edited September 29, 2015 by WayneSpren
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted September 29, 2015 Author Posted September 29, 2015 When you make a topic, there's a button on the right side that says edit poll options or something.

Quiver he/him Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 New page! Man, Roy just can't catch a break, can he? I love how Hel is standing just to the side of Durkula and looking unimpressed.
ParadoxicalZen he/him Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 It's like the Gods are just idly discussing the weather, just looking completely meh and uninterested
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 10, 2015 Author Posted October 10, 2015 (edited) Do we really need to spoiler our discussion about the comic? One of the clerics mentioned the gods could only see eachother, which does make me wonder what they're doing while just standing there. And Durkon once said that Being 15ft tall didn't make him go faster, so Roy should still be able to escape him. Of course, he needs to kill Durkon, but at least he'll have time to chug a potion. Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Just so everyone knows, strip 1009 is up.
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 20, 2015 Author Posted October 20, 2015 That last Panel is now my Wallpaper. 1
Kaymyth she/her Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Eeeee! *rushes to go read* Awww, yeah. THERE is that green glow I've been waiting for!
Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) Does anyone else find it to be interesting foreshadowing that in strip 910, Haley mentioned that she thought it would take at least 100 more strips to finish the vampire thing? WayneSpren he/him Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 I was just wondering who we think the most powerful members of the Order are. Vaarsuvius first, obviously, but after that it get's foggy. During the battle of Azure City Belkar litterally kills about a hundred goblins and stands on a pile of them. However Roy is the protagonist and generally is pretty powerful. Here is my guess at a list: 1. Vaarsuvius 2. Roy 3. Belkar 4. Durkon 5. Haley 6. Elan Though Elan does get much more powerful, so does pretty much everyone else. What do you think?
Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 22, 2015 Author Posted October 22, 2015 Are we saying Durkon!Durkon or Vampire!Durkon? I agree with most of your list, except I would switch belkar and roy. Belkar can tame dinosaurs.

Jo and the Bush all/any Posted October 22, 2015 Author Posted October 22, 2015 Not sure if you're making a pun off of dork or making a spelling error.
WayneSpren he/him Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 1010 is out! (100 strips since Hailey said it would be over in 100 strips) I've been absent from the Shard lately mostly because I've been on the Giant in the Playground forums. I'd never thought I'd like any piece of literacy as much as Sanderson's works, but I was wrong, apparently. Anyway, it seems that Roy's sword did heal him, and, to quote him, "Well, that was weird." On a related topic, has anyone actually played The Order of the Stick Adventure Game? I want it so bad, I've been reading the rules over and over. And has anyone read On the Origin of PCs, or Start of Darkness?

I have the game (though nobody will play it with me), and I also have both of those books, along with the Snips, Snails book of the compiled Dragon Magazine stuff. ....I also have all of the Christmas ornaments and get the calendar every year. 2

Kaymyth she/her Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Wow...you're a much bigger fan than me. Do you like the games' rules and play? Hey, if it's worth fanning over, it's worth doing it full-throttle. It's hard to tell with nobody who will play it with me. If you ever find yourself in the Kansas City area, look me up and we'll fire it up. 1
WayneSpren he/him Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Unfortunately I live in Portland, so...less Order of the Stick and more Oregoners, I guess.
