Mashadar Mistborn he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Or, when talking about almost any of his "allies"…. "Hmmm…perhaps I should have heeded the 90 percent of reviews that said (s)he had a tendency to 'go rogue.'" Doofensmirtz makes Lightwards perfect. He doesn't learn does he? 2
Kobold King he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Doofensmirtz makes Lightwards perfect. He doesn't learn does he? Our final clue as to whether or not they're the same person is whether he'll recognize Sam and Revolution when they're in different clothing. 1

"Oh, hello, my well-dressed Lolita friend. You wouldn't happen to have seen Sammy the Snarkypus, would you? I have a ten 'o clock meeting with my nemesis and--SAMMY THE SNARKYPUS? How did you get here so fast? And where did that Lolita girl run off to?" 5

Does that mean all Nighthound would have to do to take on a new personality would be changing his shirt?

Kobold King he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Sam really, really needs a fedora. "A teenage girl?" * gasp * "Sammy the teenage girl!" 5
Edgedancer he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Say Voidus, is there anything short of actually finding her body to threathen that Lucentia could do to stop her calling her Lucy?
Voidus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) Say Voidus, is there anything short of actually finding her body to threathen that Lucentia could do to stop her calling her Lucy? Someone with Lucentias resources even threatening to try to find her body in a somewhat serious manner would do the trick, Neverthere's understandably difficult to intimidate for most Epics but someone who controls an entire city and might now be branching out into Portland is not someone she'd risk pushing too much. Which reminds me I need to get a NT post up. Edited September 20, 2015 by Voidus

Voidus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Post up, wherin Nevertheres glasses are I think canonized for the first time, she thinks of Nighthound as both a gentleman and a 'bad boy' missing the mark by a few thousand miles since calling someone as patently evil as Nighthound 'bad' is like calling Bruce Banner somewhat irritable.I'm also considering coining the term gigglurting to describe her speech pattern. 1

(What's the lurting stand for? ) 1

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 Pssst, Neverthere. Nighthound's theme song is "When You're Evil." I think he left "rebellious bad boy" behind a long time ago. 4

Unfortunately her impending Stockholm syndrome is going to elevate Nighthound pretty quickly to 'Awesomely cool cute guy' I fear. Well we can hope something better happens to her before we reach that point. Like death.

Voidus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Done in by her own traps? Or hit by a meteorite or nuke or something. Tortured to death by a local Epic. Pretty much anythings better than becoming someone who admires Nighthound.
Kobold King he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Done in by her own traps? I wouldn't mind seeing her holed into her stronghold so tightly that she can't escape when it catches fire. 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 I wouldn't mind seeing her holed into her stronghold so tightly that she can't escape when it catches fire. By one of her surviving victims, perhaps?
Voidus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 By one of her surviving victims, perhaps? There are regrettably few of those. A flash mob of distraught relatives of her victims perhaps?
Edgedancer he/him Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 I wouldn't mind seeing her holed into her stronghold so tightly that she can't escape when it catches fire. Well, in this specific situation Nighthound would want her to escape.
Voidus Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Well, in this specific situation Nighthound would want her to escape. She's about to be rescued by a dashing Nighthound but instead a meteor hits the house levelling it, killing both of them and damaging Nighthound beyond what his healing factor can handle?

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 I think a meteor could do the trick. The magic trick called "Rock falls everyone dies." The first time in fictional history that such an ending has been celebrated by characters and readers alike. 1
