Do you mean design like on would design a dress or could he form a design in his head were some pieces of wire, eggshells and a small battery causes massive explosions? Similarly, how does the teleportation work, for example can he take other people with him. You don't have to tell the weakness in public but to Twi and the local GM of the location you put your character in. like he could design a chair. but he would have to have wood. and teleportation only can carry him but can carry objects with him.

So he essentially has the power to be a super designer, smith ect or does the material just turn into the object in question? How does his power interact with more complex machinery or does he need to understand exactly how it works before he can make it?

How does his power interact with more complex machinery or does he need to understand exactly how it works before he can make it? he has to exert an action on a object so if he is to form a chair he would need to get the wood (out of any type) and build it. but normally to build a chair would take like a day but for him it takes about a minute. He already has a vast knowledge of machinery. He need to know how it works but he has most of it memorised.

Mckeedee123 he/him Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Currently, there are 3 cities open to Epic characters. Corvallis is the first. It's a highly structured city that's currently in a state of slow collapse. Astoria is the second. It's basically a dumping ground for our overpowered Epics. Finally, there's Salem. It's a sort of Epic fight club. Characters are either contestants trying to rise up through the ranks and earn fame and fortune, or participants in some sort of conspiracy-thing. At the moment, neither of these plots is getting much attention, so you'd be free to shape them however you wanted. The other two cities (Portland and The Dalles) are kind of full right now, though The Dalles is accepting non-Epics .

I'd suggest reading through a thread first to get a feel for how it's done, but really, it's not any different from what you'd expect. Try reading a few posts in a couple different threads, especially the one you want to join, to get a feel for how it's done.
