Fairly new to Sanderson and this site

I'm one of those who has been reading this site for awhile and finally decided I wanted to be able to add some comments of my own. I am a senior citizen who has an almost obsessive love for reading fantasy - I rarely read anything else actually.

My introduction to Brandon Sanderson was through his work on finishing The Wheel of Time.  Then, last Christmas, my sister gave me the first two books of The Stormlight Archive.  I have now read both of them three times. At some point I intend to read more of his books but so far have not done so.  Perhaps someone could suggest where I should start with them as I have a while to wait for the third SA book.

I am happy to have found a site where I can find out if others have the same ideas about what may happen in future books and where people treat each other with such respect even when disagreeing.

Welcome, welcome, welcome!

I suggest Warbreaker, as I feel it will let you understand the Stormlight Archive that you have read much better in the short term. After that, Mistborn. Mistborn all the way.

Again, welcome to the 17th Shard, and I hope you enjoy your stay!

I've not read Stormlight myself so I can't say what of his other books may be like Stormlight, but I recommend Elantris.
