Nightfury he/him Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 So I've been trying to convince some of my friends to read these books, cause I think they are completely awesome, but they don't seem to believe me. I could use some help convincing them if any of you wouldn't mind. Any advice/testimonials?
BlairJ he/him Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Truly, these books are a lot of fun! I have enjoyed them quite thoroughly. As far as selling them to friends, sell them another Sanderson book first, and then get them to read these. While they are an easy read (being children's books), the shattering of the "fourth wall" can be a little hard to swallow at first, though it adds quite a bit to the books.
