Tin-enhanced touch leaves the Misting extremely weak to pain.

Tin-enhanced sight leaves the Misting easily dazzled or even blinded by bright lights.

Tin-enhanced hearing leaves the Misting's fragile eardrums vulnerable to super-amplified noises.

With all this in mind, if you were a Tineye, would you want to go around sniffing random people's breaths?

There won't be many metal particles left anyway with all the burning. Plus the metal is downed with alcohol.

Possibly a Tin Savant could do this but even then I'm not sure they could, a tin ferring could probably do it since they can store and tap smell. But I can't really see this ability coming in handy since by the time you've gotten close enough to determine what kind of metal they're burning they've already had ample opportunity to demonstrate. it's kind of a moot point if you can smell the steel on the coinshots breath after they've just sprayed you with coins.

Maybe it might not come in handy with the Coinshots and Lurchers, but I bet it could be pretty useful to know when someone's burning zinc or brass or copper... Especially since normal Seekers wouldn't be able to detect someone burning copper.
