In the days pre WoR Shalarin was a ship as well, and those two didn't even have a canon interaction at that point.

Also, I don't think Brandon will redeem Moash given that Szeth and Venli are already receiving redemption arcs, and you can only pull off so many of those before it becomes the lazy option.

That is a good point, but it seems to me that redemption is becoming the theme of Stormlight.

Yeah. I wouldn’t mind Moash being the one terrible example, but I’d rather he get a redemption of his own. Venli gets one, but I’d argue that Szeth doesn’t, necessarily.

EDIT: My bet is that Moash is going to have a lot going on in the fourth book, but somewhere near the end, or the beginning of the fifth one he’s going to die or make some big sacrifices.

And yes,.I am like 99% positive Moash is having a redemption arc and I know because Brandon is amazing, I'll cry and laugh and love the journey that Moash went through. And Kaladin and Moash will reunite and become best bros again.

...I honestly think one of the reasons we hate Moash so much is because he had so much potential? Correct me if I'm wrong. But I think having him be a protagonist at first made it really gut-wrenching to see him do all the stuff.

(I'm not 100% sure what this had to do with that post but, ya know, thought tangents)
