With those tools it should be easy enough to fake Funtimes' signature, so yes he probably would.

Twi, did Funtimes work with any specific pattern at deposing of the dinosaur skeletons, when she created the jungle? Absolutely. He resurrected the dinosaurs from microscopic protein fragments embedded in the fossils--if an incinerated Warrior was valuable enough, he wouldn't have too much difficulty in raising it from its ashes. Probably while making a comment about phoenixes that he thinks is poetic, too. Mostly theropods, like raptors, a T-rex, and a few smaller theropods. He's also got a stegosaurus, a few ceratopsians, and even a small sauropod. There's also a scimitar-toothed cat. She turned them into dirt, though I'm not sure exactly how many remained in the museum after Lightwards raised his first round of dinosaurs. So I'm not sure how badly he'll miss them at first... The Museum probably had an archive of incomplete fossil specimens hidden away in storage, so I'm going to go by the assumption that Funtimes didn't search the building well enough to have found it...

Doesn't that Magikarp promptly evolve into a ferocious sea-dragon after James kicks it? If so, then we should definitely re-enact that scene. 1

Oddly enough, I'm pretty sure CM would be a Gyarados in the alternate universe where all the RP characters are Pokemon. 1

She wouldn't leave the state; just the Empire, perhaps founding a new faction called the Epic Happytimes Team of Epic Happiness. 1

Sableye lead quiet lives deep inside caverns. They are feared, however, because these Pokémon are thought to steal the spirits of people when their eyes burn with a sinister glow in the darkness. 1

Her floating museum was what drew him to the Empire, if I recall correctly.

(Note: Weirder things have happened) Raycyclist was a ship long before the Unicyclist got powers. In fact, the decision to give him powers was made when I jokingly mentioned "having an evil Unicyclist rolling around Portland," and Edge said he liked the idea of that, and thus the Unicyclist was born. 1
