TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Oh! Kobold! If you want a less horrifying thought about Lightwards, answer this question: After twenty or so deaths, would he follow this train of logic? 1. When I die, it is not fun for me. 2. In mythology, Sleep is the brother of Death. 3. Hades gave Persephone a pomegranate, and pomegranates exist, so Hades and Persephone, and everyone else in Greek and Roman mythology, must also be real. 4. Sleep and Death are totally related. They probably talk about stalking me at their family reunions! 5. Coffee staves off Sleep. So if Sleep and Death are brothers, then... 6. If I drink enough coffee, I'll never have to resurrect so I'll never die! Mahahahahaha! 7. I WILL DRINK COFFEE FROM THE MOMENT I WAKE UNTIL THE HEAT DEATH OF THE UNIVERSE. 3
Voidus Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Voidus and Elsa, how would the others follow Edgerunner when she flies off? Lucy has her griffin and Elsa will use her ice cloud, I assume. What about MV? Technically she could fly if she leeched some momentum off of Edgerunner but she'd be unlikely to realize that so she'll probably hitch a ride with Elsa or Lucy.

There are holes in that logic big enough to fit a floating museum through. Which is to say, definitely. 1

Kobold King he/him Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Just as I thought. You know Lightwards and you know insanity. It's fated that you'd be the best at putting the two together. In other news, I just saw a silverfish. It crawled out of the windowsill next to me, appeared to stare at me for a moment, and then scurried back into a crack in the wall. I think I'm being spied on.

I'm here to help. Wait. Didn't you say you're in Texas? What is the Lord of the Silverfish doing there? 1

Which would she prefer? I thought it'd be more efficient if I had Edgerunner just include all of them leaving.

But I can tell you that I'm going to speak very highly of silverfish and their masters from now on. You never know who's listening in.
Voidus Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Which would she prefer? I thought it'd be more efficient if I had Edgerunner just include all of them leaving. Probably Elsa since Lucy just threatened to kill them both I don't know. But I can tell you that I'm going to speak very highly of silverfish and their masters from now on. You never know who's listening in. I'm going to continue to mention how much I love Allosaurs incase any insane Astral projectors are eavesdropping then
Mailliw73 he/him Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Probably Elsa since Lucy just threatened to kill them both Good point. Okay, I'll get that up in the next day or so. This meeting is going to be good.

I'm going to continue to mention how much I love Allosaurs incase any insane Astral projectors are eavesdropping then Since I saw another ad for that "non-surgical neck and facelift" doctor who urges women to "trust [your face] to an artist," I'm not going to bother with speaking highly of space-warping Epics or their flesh-warping henchmen. I'm just going to flee the state. 2

I'm just going to flee the state. As Voidus said, you are very wise. (For Slaughterhouse, "facelift" probably means "I'll give you the neck of a giraffe." ) Also, because I'm both tired and bored, I made this. 3

Blackhoof Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 I like him! I'd be fine with him joining the Destructors, they could use a bit of help. They wouldn't work for him though. oh of course, just a temporary alliance to do some damage, then Hellfire will leave. If he doesn't die, of course.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 Darn you, Edgedancer! The "Party X Party" song is so catchy I actually checked iTunes to see if I could buy it…and it isn't there! Now I'll just have to make do with YouTube. #catchysongscausefirstworldproblems

Wouldn't she still have to deal with gravity pushing her down? I don't think Edgerunner creates enough momentum to both keep her in the air and move her forward. As Voidus said, you are very wise. I don't think Edgerunner creates enough momentum to both keep her in the air and move her forward. Yeah that's why she probably couldn't do it right now, it involves a higher level trick that she hasn't mastered where she constantly shifts momentum between a few objects but it all depends on how exactly her reference frames work which I still haven't figured out yet since pretty much any way I think of it is broken in some way.
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 Kobold, could Lightwards still resurrect something after the entire body got completely incinerated and what general dinosaur types does he have? Twi, did Funtimes work with any specific pattern at deposing of the dinosaur skeletons, when she created the jungle?

She turned them into dirt, though I'm not sure exactly how many remained in the museum after Lightwards raised his first round of dinosaurs. So I'm not sure how badly he'll miss them at first...

So I'm not sure how badly he'll miss them at first... I'm wondering more by what pattern she choose which to turn or if she simply transformed all of them.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 I'm wondering more by what pattern she choose which to turn or if she simply transformed all of them. Most of them, though she left a handful intact so as not to raise suspicion. She's no fossil expert and didn't really pause to read descriptions (where they existed) so those left over are more a random assortment than anything else.
Voidus Posted March 22, 2015 Posted March 22, 2015 I really want to see a zombie prehistoric fish now... So we could watch the Reckoners equivalent of this pokemon scene when Corpsemaker invades the MONA? 1

In that case Nighthound is hatching a nefarious scheme.
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 22, 2015 Author Posted March 22, 2015 In that case Nighthound is hatching a nefarious scheme. I was going to suggest giving Nighthound some crayons and a nice coloring book to keep him occupied, but he'd probably hatch a nefarious scheme with those, too. 1
