Such suspicion. Maybe this is just two online RPers who happen to share a love of ninja smilies.

I might believe that if I hadn't been in so many secret planning PMs myself.

On an unrelated note, I won't be needing Menagerie after all, but I am considering adopting another cannon fodder Epic in her place.

Refer to Winter's spoiler tag.

An "unrelated" note. Yeah, sure.

Sharpener: Can make anything with a point sharper with a touch. Can use the ability on blades, forks, pencils, etc.

Retinannihilation: Can fire beams of superheated plasma from his eyeballs, like Cyclops.

Ninja: Is capable of instantly detecting when people on the Internet are hiding things from him.

Those are all I can think of at the moment. :P

Sharpener is a likely candidate, though I'm considering taking Ninja because he'd be so useless in this context. :P:ph34r:

"Ninja! Get to headquarters immediately, we're under attack!"

"Five more minutes. This guy in the YouTube comments is clearly up to something."

He has a ready-made character icon, if I ever decided to do a viewpoint scene. :P

By the way, did you ever make a Mr. Meh pony, and if so, can I have his code?

I did once, but 1) I didn't keep his code and 2) I literally made it by clicking the first features I saw and toggling the colors to the first places they landed. So feel free to make another one. :P

Did someone say they needed cannon fodder? :D

Snowfall: Cryomancer, capable of extremely powerful manipulation of ice however cannot create it. Can also use a plate of ice as a scrying mirror.

Stormlight: Electricity Epic, can turn his entire body into electricity, instantly joining with any storm clouds and then striking the ground again to travel.

Savannah: Shapeshifter who can transform into a cheetah, also capable of draining all water from the ground and turning it into sand which he can manipulate.

Paleothis: Can transmute living tissue into minerals. Augments his muscles and bones with hardened minerals.

Domain: Spatial manipulator, can project a sphere of influence around herself and control almost all properties of the space within that sphere from gravity to location, allowing for a high degree of power within the space, although it is relatively small in size. (3m radius)

Mega-Mac: Can convert chemical energy in the form of food into strength, size and durability however he slowly wastes away if he doesn’t continue to eat and it is well understood that he would die if he refrained from eating for an entire day.

Volture: Flying Epic who can send an electrical current through anything he touches, can use air as a medium however cannot control the electricity once it has left his body and it usually simply heads straight into the ground.

Wanderer: Complete spatial awareness, danger sense and heightened dexterity and speed.

Potter: Can shape any solid material he touches, activates automatically upon threats to his body, moulding the material around his body.

Hephaestos: Fire Epic with secondary metal manipulating capabilities.

Quickshift: Former street performer and sleight of hand expert, now a force manipulating Epic who can join two objects so that any force applied to one is also applied to the other.

Those are all awesome. :D (Though to nitpick a little, Snowfall's name should probably be changed, since there's a canon Epic in Sacramento by that name.)

And now, for something completely different:

Sam Trattner's Great Big Book of Oregon Facts is coming to a bookstore near you.

No. No he has not. <_<

(That one made me laugh out loud, by the way.)

I knew there was a reason I felt like that name was familiar :P

When? When is it coming!? I want it now :P

Thanks! :D

I was trying to make another, but I stumbled across the terrifying result of trying to plug Koschei's pony code into the newest version of the creator:

There was an "error." Boy, was there an error.

Two things.

1. I cannot stop laughing.

2. For some reason that surpasses my understanding, I want to ship him with Metronome.

I like to think I inadvertently ponified Mirrorverse!Koschei. :P:lol:

Darn. Now I kind of want to too.

...I just realized. Mirrorveil? If she were actually an Epic, she'd probably be mirrorverse!Quota.

Anyways, Mirrorveil's (rather dark) intro has been posted, and fate's threads are pulling ever tighter...

I wonder what would happen if the pair of them met.

I like both characters. :D Do you have any ideas on what player characters Mirrorveil and Kayla might run into now?

...That would be a strange meeting. Quota would be manipulating his own emotions, reflected in Mirrorveil, who could probably then use what she learns to seriously screw with Quota's psyche... Still trying to decide if this would be a good thing, for putting Quota on the receiving end of some emotional trauma for once, or a bad thing, for how bad it'd be for Mirrorveil to even be in the same room as that slontze.

Thanks. She could run into pretty well anyone, at this point. I'm thinking probably one of the evil/unaligned Epics, so that she can't just drop her Mirrorveil persona as soon as Frostfire/Reader points out to her that she's not actually an Epic. Although if she goes too far, Frostfire won't have anyone to talk him down when he finds the convoy's wreckage...

WHOOC it, maybe?

Would Deathwish/Florist be out, then? I'm just thinking that they're on the outer fringes of the city where Kayla could potentially run into them. Also the worst that could happen to her with them is a suggestive comment from Deathwish, as opposed to the inescapable murder, torture, or other abuse that would befall her if she ran into Frequency or Quicksilver's gangs. This... isn't a friendly setting for vanillas.

At least she picked the friendliest of all the threads to start off in. Imagine how awful it'd be for Kayla in Astoria.

As much as I'd like to see Quota get some comeuppance, I'm inclined to consider locking Mirrorveil in the same room with him as a crime against humanity. :o

Edit: confusion.
