Kobold King he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 So, I have time to write a post. All in favor of giving the Triumvirate a dinosaur-sized timeout? Also, I hid Yin Yang's first post so I can write a new one in Astoria. I was going to find a good picture of a dinosaur raising his hand to show my support, but I found this instead:
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 The way that they are traveling, it is more of a point and shoot form. If they notice something in the air, they are going to need to land, and then backtrack all the way there unless they are notified beforehand. If someone wants to meet up, it would be better to tell us before they launch. I don't know about Winterspell but Deathgale could always just cut his vessel into pieces and initiate a landing that way. Winter, how durable will Red's blood darts be? When the Unicyclist tries to incinerate them, will he be successful, or will he need to go into evasive maneuvers? I don't know how well blood burns but drying the blood up would probably hamper her.... Anyway, anything Autumn wants to talk with Baxter or Backtrack about, before they go into the back to burry poison stab treat Backtrack's wounds? So, I have time to write a post. All in favor of giving the Triumvirate a dinosaur-sized timeout? Space! Uh, I mean *raises hand*

Anyway, anything Autumn wants to talk with Baxter or Backtrack about, before they go into the back to burry poison stab treat Backtrack's wounds? That was my thinking, but the darts themselves are a more immediate concern. If her control over them renders them indestructible or something, the Unicyclist will need to either think of something else, or get bored with those three and unicycle off to destroy the rest of the MoNA. Is there anything she should talk to him about? Maybe tell him to be good so the nice doctor will give him a lollypop stay where he is until given further instructions?

Just asking so I don't have to end the post for a "anything else?" In case Autumn would say something just send it to me and it will be incorporated.
mail-mi he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 *raises hand* I was going to find a good picture of a dinosaur raising his hand to show my support, but I found this instead: I will do so, then. Space! Uh, I mean *raises hand* I know! I know! Spell it! S...P...AACE! SPACE!
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 A dinosaur ate them? Just asking so I don't have to end the post for a "anything else?" In case Autumn would say something just send it to me and it will be incorporated. I'm now imagining a dinosaur opening his mouth and swallowing the blood darts, licking his lips before unleashing a primal roar. Backtrack's use of the word "kitty" will definitely make her raise an eyebrow, and if you want her to tell Backtrack to be careful and for Game to stay near a radio in case Arsenal decides he needs Backtrack, you can go ahead.
Sirce Luckwielder he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 (edited) I don't know about Winterspell but Deathgale could always just cut his vessel into pieces and initiate a landing that way. I kind of see a bit of a problem with that: inertia. Traveling that fast, it will be a little hard to stop, and destroying the "bullet" that they are traveling in will also cause a bit of a problem. That is how Winterspell is going to a) slow down the people inside so that the Epics without Prime Invincibilities don't die, and get water around him to fight with. If he needs to, he can destroy some sewar lines and get water that way, I just figured that Mary wouldn't be happy with that. It would probably just be easier to have us pick a destination before we launch. Edited March 14, 2015 by Sirce Luckwielder
mail-mi he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 That was immensely satisfying to write the end of 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 That was immensely satisfying to write the end of The only quibble I have is that the words "and then Timeport died" were not included….but they would've felt out of place anyway. 1

From how you described it I kind of assumed they all got their own bullet. That was immensely satisfying to write the end of It was also immensely satisfying to read. Kobold King he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I suppose hoping for the girls to have a chance to sneak away during the trifecta's terror was an unrealistic hope anyway. But on the bright side, Numnums is now a hero of the RP. Even if eating such a vile creature as Timeport will probably make him sick. 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 14, 2015 Author Posted March 14, 2015 It was also immensely satisfyung to read. Agreed. Part of me now wishes I had given Quota a PI so I could have him receive some karma courtesy of Numnums….but then I remembered he's already awful enough as it is. 1

Ah, but Timeport will resurrect outside of him in about 5 minutes, so there's no chance of him digesting him. Edited March 14, 2015 by mail-mi 2
Kobold King he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Yeah... Ah, but Timeport will resurrect outside of her in about 5 minutes, so there's no chance of him digesting him. At least, in Heaven, they're given front-row cloud seats to watch Numnums eating Timeport. So Timeport's corpses disappear when he resurrects? 1

Kobold King he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 That is true. No. All that is "Timeport" teleports 5 feet away from where he died and reforms itself after the five minutes. Thinking through the implications of this reminds me that Lightwards and Timeport both should eat abundant quantities of yogurt after every resurrection to replenish the benign digestive bacteria that live in human bodies. Ah, but it won't be a show unless Timeport is eaten multiple times. Is this a problem? 2

Is this a problem? There's no chance of Funtimes sneaking some Tabasco into Lightwards' resurrection yogurt, no, no chance at all. Why would it be a problem? 2
Kobold King he/him Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 There's no chance of Funtimes sneaking some Tabasco into Lightwards' resurrection yogurt, no, no chance at all. Why would it be a problem? He'd probably be too busy complaining about how he couldn't find any fruits to stir into the yogurt to notice. How silly of me for bringing it up. 1

How silly of me for bringing it up. Dried cherries in Tabasco yogurt might not be too bad. I mean, it'd be really weird, but it might not be terrible. …and now for some reason I want the pickles my grandpa makes. He'll add chile peppers and garlic to the vinegar so the pickles are spicy and delicious. Only Timeport considers multiple deaths to be a problem. Everyone else considers them satisfying. 1
