Kobold King he/him Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Nick Cage might be able to pull off a PP Or it would be terrible and we'd all need several gallons of brain bleach. Kelsey Grammer and David Hyde Pierce could work as Refill and Zip. Neverthere I'm unsure of but possibly Melissa Rauch (Bernadette from the Big Bang Theory) Don't make me put you back on the 'And then they died' list *stern glare* Now now. Who would make all your pony comics, if you put me on the "And then they died" list? Melissa Rauch as Neverthere? ...I kind of see where you're coming from with that, but I just can't see it. I have a hard time thinking of any good actors for any Oregon characters. Bad ones are easy, but good fits are hard for me to come up with. 2
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 (edited) Did I mention Robert Pattinson in a ginger wig as Nathan? Nicholas Cage doesn't have enough eyebrow over both his eyes combined to play Aldo. Wait. If Pattinson (or, as Honest Trailers calls him, Shovel Face) is Nathan, with Stewart (Just Smelled Poop Face) as Funtimes, would that be a gender-reversal of their relationship in Twilight, with Stewart playing the homicidal love interest and Pattinson playing her vastly underpowered love interest? And would Hollywood call it feminism? Edited March 7, 2015 by TwiLyghtSansSparkles 3

Bad ones are easy, but good fits are hard for me to come up with. I might forgive you if I got a 'from the file of David Charleston' for one of my characters sometime soon... Yeah she does the personality duality thing pretty well but I don't know how she'd do for the really creepy side of NT, I'm really struggling to think of people for characters, my minor characters are easier because I haven't fleshed them out very much but any of the bigger characters are hard to think of. 2

And would Hollywood call it feminism? Simple trick; in any relationship with a "dominant" or "progressive" woman as the female half, gender flip the couple. If the woman's constant put-downs or domineering personality become suddenly creepy from a smirking Nighthound, then the relationship probably wasn't half as healthy as Hollywood thought it was. Which one did you want? I still have Neverthere riding on the dinosaur. That could make a good file. (I don't dare do Metronome. I don't think I could do him justice. ) The only character I have that I actually had an actor in mind for is Vondra, with Stephen Lang as his Hollywood double. I simply can't imagine any of the others as a specific actor or actress. Even Vondra's begun to separate himself from Lang in my mind. 2
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 Since I couldn't get the idea of Shovel Face Robert Pattinson as Nathan and Just Smelled Poop Face Kristen Stewart as Funtimes out of my head, I decided to photoshop this picture: Unfortunately, there were some issues. Namely: their facial expressions are all wrong, and I don't own Photoshop. But never fear! Google and the SSCS6000 are here to help! Sorry not sorry. 3

He would rise from the ashes of Oregon to spread his awesome powers elsewhere across the world 2

How could he have idolized a pitiful man like Jonathan Phaedrus if he'd known METRONOME existed? (Have you made an Adventurer pony yet?) 3

How could he have idolized a pitiful man like Jonathan Phaedrus if he'd known METRONOME existed? (Have you made an Adventurer pony yet?) You're welcome. From the files of David Charleston: Metronome was an Epic with a single power: the ability to always know what time it was. No name was ever given to this power. Apparently, his DNA is the reason why Reckoner clocks are always so accurate. If not for the motivator they made, no Reckoner could ever be fully certain if their clock was on the dot, or a second or two off. At least, that's the rumor they spread. Tia said they didn't want him to feel bad. 3

They never would have bothered making any hits on Epics, they would have known it was only a matter of time until they all fell before the great Metronome! I have not for some reason but shall endeavor to do so immediately. You're welcome. TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 I was going to post that. I just watched it. And now I can't stop listening. 1

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 Only just spotted this one but I love honest trailers The X-Men Trilogy was one of my favorites. 1
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Hmm. Thanks for the link. I'll take a look at it later. In other news, I recreated the Voidus pony: I recreated yours too, Edgedancer, but only in the old creator so the mane's slightly different. I'm invisible. (Or Kobold simply didn't post it) So you guys are saying that if I ever do get a copy of WoR from the library, it'll have the wrong ending? If your lirbary got the hard cover, yes. Are you sure about that? What did I just watch? 3
Voidus Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 The X-Men Trilogy was one of my favorites. I like the Twilight ones, I grimaced my way through the last movie just so I could watch the reviews of them 1
TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 I like the Twilight ones, I grimaced my way through the last movie just so I could watch the reviews of them Speaking of, have you seen the Bad Lip Reading for Eclipse?
Edgedancer he/him Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 I like the Twilight ones, I grimaced my way through the last movie just so I could watch the reviews of them The best thing about those books is that you can just ridicule them all you want. 1
Voidus Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 Speaking of, have you seen the Bad Lip Reading for Eclipse? I don't know if I've seen it for Eclipse specifically, I know I've seen a Twilight one at some point but I'll probably watch through them now that you've mentioned it The best thing about those books is that you can just ridicule them all you want. The only good thing about those books

Kobold King he/him Posted March 7, 2015 Posted March 7, 2015 (edited) Has anyone of you guys actually forced themself through the 50shades movie? There is nothing you could do or say to convince me to view that movie. I'm not close-minded about much, but I firmly shut the gates of my mind against that kind of... I was going to say "pornography," but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and just say "eroticism." EDIT: Uh, sorry if that's insensitive to any Question reads who've watched and loved the film. I'm writing a Backtrack/Deathwish scene now, by the way. By which I mean they'll both be in the next post, not that I'm shipping them. Yet. Edited March 7, 2015 by Kobold King 5

TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 Has anyone of you guys actually forced themself through the 50shades movie? No, and I don't plan to. Starving college student, limited funds, no desire to watch that sort of thing….all that jazz. That kind of shipping isn't what I want in my head, if you know what I mean—both in terms of what they do onscreen and how the unhealthy relationship dynamics are presented. (I've read sporkings, though, and those told me plenty.) I'm writing a Backtrack/Deathwish scene now, by the way. By which I mean they'll both be in the next post, not that I'm shipping them. Yet. TwiLyghtSansSparkles she/her Posted March 7, 2015 Author Posted March 7, 2015 Er... not literally starving, I hope? I'm just going to have to RAFO your suspicions. No, not at all. But I am saving up for when I move out, and spending money on a movie I don't really feel like seeing doesn't seem like a wise financial move. Making us wonder all the more and draw all the right conclusions. 1

I have no idea how to start a "Save the TwiLyght" charity fund, and I'm too tired and light-headed today to do a good job of finding out. I wonder what you guys would think if I ACTUALLY included blatant Backtrack shipping at one point. 1
