Let's Come Up With A Better Plans For The Reckoners

Let's be honest here, that whole grape catapult plan is nice, but it is waaaaaay too obvious, especially given we had already established Regalia as being very smart.

Can anybody here come up with a better plan?

Also, can we brainstorm about ways to kill Obliteration, Newton, and Regalia?

I've always thought the answer was right under our noses, hidden in David's narration. Clearly, the secret lies in his terrible similes.

All we need is a bagful of snakes at a dance competition, an off kilter washing machine filled with a hundred epileptic chimpanzees, and a potato in a minefield.

Mother switch is a fantastic way to kill Obliteration. I can get behind that. In the case of Newton, all I can think of is disorientation in a timed environment, like drowning her in such a way that she can't tell which way is up. Sounds really hard to set up, but with Prime Invincibility, it's always a pain to kill them. I imagine Regalia could have killed Newton if it came down to it, and Prof could probably manage it too if his crushers work as unstoppable forces. If worst came to worst she could be starved out inside of them.

As for Regalia, the only problem you face is finding her. That's way harder to do than it sounds, especially if you assume that she could be outside of the city. Since her radius is unknown, plotting points won't work. As such, the next best thing is to use her minions to find her, like what David did with Obliteration. Find some way to stage a battle that opens the chance for Regalia's position to be exposed. Open floor plans and look for records of homes that could work as an Epic base, taking into account the way Regalia likes to live. With this in mind, at least eliminate a few places to narrow the search. Better yet, when Regalia manifests, pick an area of the city to make a very noticeable noise/light in. Regalia's projection will often react the same way her real body is acting, and if you get her attention with it, you'll have narrowed down her location. Best to keep it innocent, so she'll be less likely to suspect, until you can get some kind of area. Honestly if she catches on to what you're doing, just make the sounds really startling, so she'll jump. That'll be just as good.

My two cents, if the option of pinpointing is removed. It can be countered if discovered, but it has one or two good uses before that happens.

It seems like Newton could be gassed, but Regalia might save her. I also think the Mother switch could kill Obliteration unless he can teleport faster than the explosion can expand and kill him. But he also might be able to fry the whole thing by pulsing heat at it.

My idea for Newton was to use a laser to blind her and so effectively rendering her useless. We can't really be sure whether that would work given her powers.

For Obliteration I also like the Mother switch. All other methods I can think off rely on the same principle, such as poisoning him.

As for finding Regalia, I have no idea. As a reckoner I would assume that her base is somewhere under water. And she could probably also just bring in supplies through an underwater route, making that avenue also impossible for use.

depends if her power absorbs and reflects just kinetic energy, or all forms of energy and heat (in which case the lasers will deflect as well).

i have a suspicion that if obliteration was about to eat or drink something poisonous, he would teleport the second before it touched his lips.

as for an underwater base, I'm confused as to why she didnt do this
