And about the same time, finished the new Brightdeath post.

Well that was a journey. Did she get drenched when she landed in the water? Also can she control details like the color of the light figures she just made.

Also, given what just came up, Sirce and Voidus, interested in a meet-up? (aka skip to the bonus Boss. :P )

No, no, no extra motivation needed...I....I think now's the perfect time for a flaming Unicyclist to interrupt this...um...creepfest.

Good, you have found your calling.

I'm down as long as Voidus is. Is this going to be a battle or do you have something else in mind?

And the origin story of the most ridiculous RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME Epic in Portland begins. Would that I could upvote it twice. :D

Okay. No need for more Red/Nighthound creepiness. The Unicyclist is on his way to destroy save the day. :D

Prais be to the UNICYCLE!

That was Epic. B) Seems like we'll get a fight scene next then.

I don't really have anything planned yet.

When do you want to do it? Do you want to have something like one more Metal and one more Adventurer post to wrap things up and then the collaboration post as they all meet up?

Voidus does the Adventurer need to be directly focusing on his minimap to see people coming? If Brightdeath and the Metal were coming, would he notice before they got there?

Ray and the Unicyclist will be attacking Nighthound at the same time?

Keep your fingers crossed, guys.

Crushing someone's hope is so tempting.

On a similar vein, did he notice a Brightdeath marker popping up for a shorth moment?

I cannot believe we are actually planning in the planning thread.

psssssst, don't jinx it.

By the way, the solid light part of Brightdeath's clothes wouldn't get wet, would they?

The Unicyclist's chief desire upon receiving his powers was "break Nighthound's face." Maybe Calamity isn't so bad after all.

Calamity gives us the antidote to go along with the poison. What a guy.

Mailliw, I'll take any two of your epics' weaknesses for Timeport's.

Edge, how about a nightmare for nightmare trade: Timeport for Nighthound?

Hmm. It seems my two-for-one trade offer inadvertently raised the price for Timeport's weakness. Economics at work. :P

Only if you only throw in Metalmech's well. *hint hint nudge nudge*

Well, I want Timeport and Nighthound. And Quota. And Electro. Any others I would have to think about.

Someone is selling high.

Nighthound losing to Ray and the Unicyclist?

You know, the Unicyclist's power portfolio isn't exactly well suited to taking on Nighthound. The dinosaurs can also be used by him, which makes them less useful (and he still has his normal strenght and healing of course). Plus, fire, while painful, doesn't do much lasting damage to him.

What kind of support/healing power did you settle on for him, by the way?

It isn't the power portfolio that matters, but the joy Nighthound's defeat would bring to all of us. (I would feel the same way about Nighthound losing to Backtrack: it would be completely implausible but oh so satisfying.) :P

His healing song is proportionally powerful to how many people are watching him.

You make a good point. Although him getting killed by something overpowering like Obliteration would hold a certain amount of satisfication.

So it would be fairly useles in this situation.

Until he has the attention of others in the MoNA, yes.

Nighthound's defeat would be awesome no matter who dished it out.

Is anybody interested in battling Winterpell and/or Lightwrought. I see him being perfect to battle Blackwater, but I don't know when he will get to Astoria and I don't want him to just lay around if it will take a while. Edited by Sirce Luckwielder

Brightdeath is, as you know, busy. And Margaret, my other (maybe) Astoria character, I'm having trouble with thinking up how she would get around unnoticed.

I don't think Margaret would be able to get even close to Winterspell. Icesteel Keep is in the middle of the river with only a couple bridges at a time which he can melt at will. He also has two hundred guards. I was just wondering if anybody had a strong cannon fodder Epic who thinks they are all that. Winterspell could just excersize his powers so Blackwater knows what he is getting into coming to Astoria by water.

I still need to find something to do for Deathgale as well, most lkely options seem like noticing what's happening at the column or Mary asking for backup I think.
