Hi, so I keep about about the relationship between an Epic's power and the rending, but what exactly is the rending? Is it like their corruption?

It's what they call the time when the Epic first gets their powers. They go a little mad, and tend to kill everyone around them if they possibly can.

Ok, so a more powerful Epic would be more driven to kill everyone around, and basicly go crazy? But the weaker they are the easier it is to control.

I wouldn't pick "spews" as the ideal verb here. That aside, this one was rather low-hanging fruit, since the term is used numerous times in the books.

Well I *using Hobbes facial expressions* like the word "spews." I use it whenever possible.

Funny thing is, I was going to say the same thing yesterday, but forgot.
