You're right. Marsh was still able to tap gold so he was okay. Actually, I think Marsh's spike got bashed even further into his head, not ripped out. I'll have to re-read that scene in HoA to verify. Either way, though, removing the spike that grants Feruchemical gold would make a Hemalurgist much easier to kill if they survive.

Relax guys, we allow the Sharders who take a cookie to continue to run around the forums after they've eaten their baked goody. look at traceria for example. Shr's documented as the 1st official victim recipient of DA goods, and yet she's still a contributing member on the forums and of the Herd guild.

We don't actively instigate attacks, and we treat all Sharders equally.

 

So let's all be practical about this and not perpetrate hate crimes towards a friendly local organization who's only concern is science.
