Guest Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 "Aaaaahhhhh!" The Panda runs around in circles, screaming.
Iredomi Posted January 25, 2015 Author Posted January 25, 2015 We have the assistance of the recently founded Zucchini group so that is something. Something you should be very afraid to hear Panda.
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) "Five," Dent said stepping forward. He raised his hand and spoke a few words in a language Panda had never heard. Panda froze in place, mouth open. "Have you ever been to the City of Stairs? Bulokov? It has many miracles that can be co opted and used outside the world, if you know the right words." Dent removed part of the miracle holding Pandas mouth in place, making him able to respond. We have the assistance of the recently founded Zucchini group so that is something. Something you should be very afraid to hear Panda.Good to hear. Have you looked at my points? Edited January 25, 2015 by Arthur Dent
Guest Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) The Panda didn't respond. Instead, he burned steel and pewter, then duralumin. He Pushed on Arthur's belt buckle and Dent flew back through the plate glass window and smashed into the opposing skyscraper with a bone-shattering crunch. The enchantment released the Panda from its grip. Crack. Crack. The Panda worked his neck from side to side, yawned, and picked up yet another scone. Edit: Grammar. Its got auto-corrected to it's. Iredomi Posted January 25, 2015 Author Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) PANDA LEAVE THIS PLACE!We will not have such violence here! Our battle ground is here. Edited January 25, 2015 by Iredomi
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Flying through the air, Dent thought, "Not again." He spoke quickly the words for the same miracle he had used on Panda, changing it slightly to target him instead. He finished last word just before he hit the glass, stopping his momentum before releasing the miracle and dropping the six inches to the ground. He stood up and looked around. He had flown at least twenty yards away from the building. Dent closed his eyes and began a long miracle, popping a philosophers stone in his mouth to enhance it and all miracles following. He finished last word and found himself standing behind Panda. He spoke one last incantation, casting Panda into Pernessies Cupboard (Pernessies Cupboard is a wrinkle in space, a sort of extra dimension that is inescapable without the right incantation).
Guest Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) I moved my last post to that topic. Edit: Arthur, you cheater. Edited January 25, 2015 by inexorablePanda
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 I'm not a cheater. I didn't come up with the rules of that particular magic system, it's from a book called City of Stairs.
Guest Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 I don't know it. It ain't fair. Stick with Sanderson.
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 Fine. I'll fix it with the next one.
Fatebreaker he/him Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 It's so amusing to watch people try and resist the Dark Alley. It's like watching bison try to protest the cold. The Dark alley is not a guild or a faction, We are SCIENCE. Also, I hate to break it to you antibakers, but putting gold in a cupcake doesn't heal people. Technically only Gold Ferring or full Feruchemist would be able to use them to try and heal, but they'd have to have stored health in them first. And if you were to try and heal from getting a piece of your soul ripped out, you'd have to use incredible amounts of healing instantaneously. So sorry to burst your bubble. Keep at it! I'm sure there's a remote possibility of a solution that's theoretically feasible! 3
Iredomi Posted January 25, 2015 Author Posted January 25, 2015 I guess the only solution is prevention.
Cheese United he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Yeah this Anti Bakery thing just lost themselves a very nice ally in Winter
Guest Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Yeah this Anti Bakery thing just lost themselves a very nice ally in Winter I think she's still with you in spirit.
Bronzeheart he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 I think the Anti-Bakery side is gonna need a heck of a lot more firepower to beat the DA. Let's see how this plays out.
Iredomi Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 [starting this when my internet connection is sporadic was probably not a good idea haha]What can we do? Hemalurgy is almost beyond healing and I don't think we have the power to make Gold Compounders. Do you know of any other way to cure hemalurgy? What is going to happen to Winter? We have save them somehow.

Cheese United he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 We could always set up lampposts in the DA ( assuming they leave in an actual Dark Alley. ) the light will blind them and we can swoop in and save our wolfish friend! 2
Fatebreaker he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 What can we do? Hemalurgy is almost beyond healing and I don't think we have the power to make Gold Compounders. Do you know of any other way to cure hemalurgy? What is going to happen to Winter? We have save them somehow. You don't cure Hemalurgy. It's not a disease, it's a science. That's like trying to cure Chemistry. And don't fret your little heads about Winter. She'll be "fine". As a guest she'll be staying in the finest rooms, be waited on hand and foot, and have the honor of eating the Dark Alley's finest Foods. I almost envy her.* * almost 2
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 You people are the worst and your are also wrong. Take the spikes out at they lose all ferochemical tendencies. The trick is getting near the spikes. If they are in too vital a place, then they will die when the spikes are removed. 1
Cheese United he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 (edited) Yeah if you just de spike a person, they should lose the hemalurgy. However the spiking process itself may have led to some serious mental issues. I'm not actualy sure someone could ever be 'cured of hemalurgy, especially if removing the spike would cause them to bleed out. (Does it do that? ) We should probably focus our efforts on saving future victims. (Also nice profile picture Fatebreaker. Classy.) Edited January 26, 2015 by Cheese United 1
Bronzeheart he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Not sure if it would make someone bleed out. I would assume that it depends on the location of the spike. Remember, Spook managed to remove his pewter spike and survived.
RawToast225 he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Not only did he survive, but he also was able to think clearly.
Cheese United he/him Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 True, true. Now that I think about it , Marsh gets his eye spike ripped out and he's fine. But he has healing. And spook's was in his shoulder.
