Ooh! Radio, microwave, infrared, ultraviolet, X-ray, and gamma. :D

WLIU, name three different galaxy classifications.

I'm probably misunderstanding the question. :P  But here goes.

Elliptical, Spiral, and... Dwarf?  The Cosmere is in a Dwarf Galaxy, right?  That sounds all classify-y. :P.

WLIU, name 7 races from GW2.  (They don't have to be the playable races.)

edit; After looking it up, I still can't decide whether I got that right or not.  Dwarf galaxies are a thing, but they are not part of the Hubble classifications.  So, they are a 'class' of galaxy, but are not one of the main 'classifications'.  Lovely.

Assuming you're referring to Guild Wars 2...

Charr, Asura, Humans, Norn, Sylvari, Quaggan, Dredge

I am still extremely salty about GW 2 not focusing on plot threads from GW 1. :(

WLIU, name 9 different types of shoes.

Do you mean 9 types of footwear or 9 types of shoe shoes?

Sneakers, Boots, Heels, Crocs, Sandals, Flip-flops, Slippers, Cleats, Dress Shoes.

WLIU: From Harry Turtledove's Darkness Saga series, name 8 kingdoms or other self-governing bodies. Bonus points if you can name the real-Earth countries they were analogous to as well.

@Slowswift @Magestar I want to say that the other galaxy shape is "irregular" or something like that. Y'know, the ones that are neither spiral nor ellipse shapes but just kinda amorphous blobs.

The first book is Into Darkness. I think Darkness Descending is the second one. There are 6 in total. I've read it twice, and like Turtledove's Race alternate history series, found it quite enjoyable.

From Grade 9 science class I vaguely recall them as being "Cigar-shaped"

@Delightful Obi-wan was played by Alex Guinness in the original trilogy and by Ewan McGregor in the prequels. Ian McKellen is the actor who plays Gandalf in LOTR and the older Magneto in the X-Men movies.

@Dankness Ascendant Unfortunately I have never watched or played Pokemon, so someone else will have to answer your challenge.

@Sunbird I will admit that is very surprising.

When I was a child and some of my friends were watching the TV show, my parents didn't let me watch it because they thought it was too violent for a kid my age. (IMDB says it began in 1998, at which time I was 3, so I was probably somewhere around 5-7 years old when I became aware of it but didn't get to watch.) Since I still haven't watched it, I can't really decide for myself, but adult me of 2016 generally trusts my parents' judgement about this kind of thing.

As for the games, my family only had a PC for gaming--mostly for financial reasons--until...I guess it was Christmas 2008 or sometime shortly after, because I remember that we got a Wii and Rock Band 2 at about the same time, when RB2 was still pretty new.
