I have always wondered if stormlight slows aging. Personally I think it does since it heals your body, and also lets your body work at 100% without letting your muscles break down. Any and all other opinions are welcome! Cmon you know you want to!!!! ;)

I think the non ageing is a running theme in the Cosmere Magic Systems. Hahaha wolverine effect i like that!

I believe in this theory as long as the Surgbinders hold to the oaths but it also makes me curious as to why the Heralds are still chilling 4000 years later after breaking the Oath pact?

Mistborn Spoilers

Miles and TLR both ageing would suggest that healing magics don't stop the march of years by default.

Of course, the other breath magic system does in high enough quantities.

Good point, stormlight is pure investiture, not the filtered kind in most healing magic's. Investiture seems to stop aging, but you would have to keep a 5th heightening worth of stormlight in you which might be hard.

Also if breaths make you closer to Endowment, stormlight should make you closer to Honor and/or Cultivation, what would this do at high levels, could there be stormlight heightening.

My guess would be that your aging slows in proportion to the amount of stormlight you're holding, as long as you're holding it. In theory, if you could hold in in perfectly (like maybe the ancient Radiants could?) you could stay ageless. Maybe??
