Question if I have to go to a sub page like going from Catchphrase to Catchphrase/Literature does that count as one page or two?

That's still one page. Most pages have all their tropes listed right there with the description, but others simply have too many for that. Those subpages would normally not exist if not for sheer size, so it likely still counts as one. The "Heartwarming" or "Awesome" subpages, however, are always distinct and probably count as a jump.

For those of you who don't know, there was a theory posted by a professor, that just as everyone was six degrees of separation from each other, so too was every actor a maximum of six 'degrees' from Kevin Bacon.
