On an old Java world with friends, I made a giant trading hall for every enchantment, more or less. No fishing rod stuff, but I had bane of arthropods.

No idea, but most likely what kind of flora and fauna are present, any noticeable events like a volcanic eruption.

In Minecraft flowers and bedrock generation can give away a location. Can even help find a seed somehow, but who knows how that black magic works anyways.
