I actually haven't been working on anything for a bit. What little amounts of artwork I have done was concept art, or artwork for Emerald of the Shattered Skies. A part of the problem is that I had to do a lot of homework, and was stuck on the computer for most of my time at home.

I apologize for saying this, but homework is more important than the Shard. Immediately, a portal of fire opens up beneath my feet, and I get sucked in. Star, who was somehow teleported into the wrong place at the wrong time also gets pushed into another dimension and dies a fiery death

well, Coder's Law is a universal constant, whenever Coder draws near, his Law affects all nearby. It can even be permanent in areas of high Coder Intervention.
