So, I was thinking- could one of Ishar’s spren made physical bond a normal spren? If so, what side effects would it have?

I do not think it would prevent them from dying due to incompatible (non-biologic) body structure - but we do have a WoB on the second part:

Theoretically possible, probably not a direction I'm ever going to go in the books for inception/recursive sort of weirdness reasons, but theoretically possible.

They'd have to live long enough for that. Maybe Regrowth and a ton of Stormlight could keep them alive long enough to try Bonding?

Technically we've already seen a Spren bond other Spren, at the climax of WaT Notum, an Honorspren, became one of the Unoathed and Bonded a Shardblade and Shardplate. Not a Nahel Bond, but still a Bond nonetheless.

I don't see why not, the Physical Spren would exist as Physical beings, like humans and Singers. So an Honorspren becoming Physical, then Bonding another Honorspren and becoming a Windrunner wouldn't be out of the question.

Unless the transition from a Cognitive being to a Physical one has some really weird effects on their ability to form Connections, or if their existence would drive Spren away from them, like how the Stormfather was very not happy with what Ishar did and how WOB states that Spren would be much less likely to bond with people who have Hemalurgic Spikes in them.
