Outside force affecting oaths

Hello y'all I had a question about if an outside force can affect you and your oaths. The example I have is I'm playing an Edgedancer in the stormlight rpg game and made a deal with the Nightwatcher (it was actually Cultivation herself) to heal people in extreme circumstances. The tradeoff is that I forget anyone I heal. I don't remember who they are or their name; they are erased from my mind. My question is does it break my oath to heal people if it means I forget them afterwards? When I say heal I mean bring them back to life after they die before a certain amount of time has passed.

The Immortal Words can be pretty subjective at times, how you personally interpret them can differ from others of your order.

Though an Edgedancer is meant to 'Remember those that others forget', so an Edgedancer that is cursed to never remember those that they save would be deeply ironic, though so long as they aren't intentionally forgetting the downtrodden and still strive to help them I think your character can still uphold their oaths, though they'd struggle. I suggest putting some chips aside to buy some notes and writing supplies so your character can write down all thse that they helped save.

Could even be a plot point where the book is stolen and your character becomes desperate to save the book so they don't forget and maybe end up putting other people's lives at risk for it.

Well it depends on how you worded and see the oath I suppose. I would argue that Lifts wording: "I will remember those who have been ignored" would let her heal high level people like Dalinar or Fen and forget them no problem because everyone remembers them. Healing the forgotten and downtrodden might be a bit harder.

Oathes can override even Dawnshards, I think they would let you remember someone.
