Kandra and shardplate

Would a kandra need a skeleton at all if they found a suit of shardplate?  Could they just gooify themselves and slip through the eyeslit of a staged set of plate and then fill into the suit itself and run off with it?

That's called an exoskeleton, any full body armor should work for Kandra. Kandra can imitate a small Chasmfiend so they can move without an internal skeleton as long as they have an external one.

It's not about time, it's about mass. A little one, sure. A full grown one? They'd crush themselves. They'd need to be able to make use of symbiotic spren bonds from Roshar, which isn't just a matter of digesting a body.
