His name is Devorare, he is an Eternal who attempted to cross the chasms, but failed, and now a strange dragon (symbiote? i guess it technically is) is inhabiting his body alongside him. He is happy go lucky, but would easily consume entire humans to stay alive. And he has. Repeatedly.

It's hard to get a read on him. Regardless, since a young age, he's been able to manipulate the chaos within people- a useful tool for his time as a street urchin. His parents died. He is an orphan.
