I was planning on writing out some chapter summary pages for WoK, and wanted to go over all the rules/guidelines again, but with the new format, I can't find Editor's Corner. Is there a way I can still access those guides?

Editor's Corner (not sure if you need to be logged in to see it)

Thanks. I think I might've gotten confused. I had, at one point looked through some documents that were like "here's how to not screw up when editing the coppermind" and I got those mixed up.

The Way of Kings - Chapter Summaries

I saw this, but it was my impression that each chapter, ideally, would have a page like this. Is that inaccurate?

(Sorry for not being on the coppermind editing discord instead, my device hates discord and drains battery in like 20 minutes of being on there🙂)

As far as I know - the Prelude and Prologue to WoK are the only two chapters of any book that have a dedicated single page - and only because there are so much foreshadowing / references / Easter Eggs in those two chapters. Not even Mistborn or Elantris has a dedicated page for each chapter.
But asking a Keeper could not hurt.

Ahh this is at the bottom of the previously linked page, and so made me think those were all wanted subpages:

Thanks for helping out so much🧡

@Argent Sorry to bother you, but I saw that you were active today. Would this be something Needed, Wanted, Inconsequential, or Actively Harmful to Clarity/Conciseness

No one is being stopped from making such detailed chapter summaries, but it is a very significant effort that has not seen adoption. So, go for it, if you wish. You may need Editor rights to make said pages.

Do not copy+paste the summary from Summary:The Way of Kings to these individual chapter pages. The idea is to expand on each summary, and that format would allow for spoilers for future books to be in those. They are quite a different beast. Does that make sense?

I would still recommend the editing Discord for faster responses. (For example, directly pinging random staff members is not necessarily super effective.) Editing is significantly easier on desktop than mobile anyway. :)

Got it! No spoilers for later or separate content, and no duplicate info, expansion only.

Edit: I see now that I got this wrong. Chapters CAN have cosmere spoilers, BOOKS cannot.

Actually, It's my laptop that hates discord. No idea why, but I've been having this problem for a long time. (I realized abt the pinging pretty quickly, sorry🫠) Contemplating just getting discord on my phone, but I like to have all my stuff in one place. Thx for the response.
