How does leveling in cosmere rpg work?

I cannot find anywhere a clear leveling table for humans.

I know that each level they get 1 talent and 1 additional heroic talent each 5.

But how are skills, attributes and health leveled?

Page 25 at the end of ch 1 has a chart that lays out what changes at each level.
