Soulcasting bone and blood production questions

If a soulcaster could soulcast blood within themselves could they then soulcast their bones into aluminum without impacting themselves too badly?  The bones are really important when it comes to making blood but if you can soulcast good clean blood already then why worry about it. Having some shardproof skeleton would pretty awesome benefit.

Uhhh. . . I know that I'm technically the biggest advocate of shoving metals into the human body, but I feel like this would be dangerous. 

If you can Soulcast blood it's probably fine in the short term, but the immune system probably would not be chill with this procedure. I don't know if aluminum is toxic in large amounts, but I'd be concerned about that too.

Also, would the tendons still be able to work as a bridge between the bone and the muscles if the bone is suddenly a drastically different material? I don't know enough about how they glue together to say, but that's another potential liability. 

 

I do think it's technically possible, but would be very hard on a human body. Maybe you can continually Soulcast to purify yourself of the worst long term effects, but that's also assuming all the aluminum doesn't interfere too much.

 

Now, what if a Soulcaster used aluminum as their essence of choice? I know it's generally not possible to focus like that on Soulcaster Fabrials (since it's an extrapolation of a base essence, I think), but the Savantism would be ingrained into their system naturally. I think that would be less dangerous, ironically. Maybe it could be done via Fabrial if initially set up to do such by the Spren that made it.

Unlikely, for the same reason Shai could not simply Forge only a few blocks in the Forgers Cell prison. Soulcasting the poison out of blood works because both before and after it is still blood and therefore recognized by the target's body as part of the spiritual ideal if their Identity. There is no known biological being with a natural metallic skeleton - and especially not Aluminum (even Dragons only have Dragonsteel parts, not a full Dragonsteel Skeleton, based on current known data); so the body would fight such a change just as it fights a Forgery (even one specifically tailered to the target). 

A Kandra would likely get away with an Aluminum True-body - but they hardly need Soulcasting to get there (thought it may make things easier).

The other issue, in addition to what Treamayne mentioned, is the risk of Savantism. From what we can tell, admittedly, Savantism doesn't affect Radiant Soulcasters anywhere near as much as it does Fabrial Soulcasters, but I'd be very leery of trying something like this and risking my body spontaneously collapsing into a pile of blood.
