Shard Numbers

Is there an authoritative list of shard numbers? We know that Honor is 10 and Odium is 9, and we know either ruin or preservation (or both) is 16. I see on coppermind that Virtuosity is presumably 13. Has anyone compiled WOBs or references for numbers?

With that is there any evidence that the number changes when a shard
