Celym dodges out of the way; then a thouht occurs to him. He points one of his knives at it and presses the button.

A black mist erupts around it for a short period, and it doesn’t move. However, it freezes as it resists the attack.

When Lonnm finally gets close enough to their foe, he attempts a dash, setting himself on a trajectory that would make him pass next to it.

Let's hope this purple acid fog works against this thing. And won't harm the others, too, thought he.

The purple acid fog has the same affect as the blades - it seemed to suspend the target… but nothing else.
