The Wayne Accords: a section of Elendel city law, that amounts to "Things Wayne did that we had to make illegal/legal."
 

This is a place for you to put your entries from this law, of things Wayne may have done that they made illegal/legal.
For example: "Giraffes are allowed in barber shops" Because Wayne would not stop insisting that a certain constable was a giraffe in disguise.
