To me, I felt like the main problem with unsealed metalminds was getting the powers to create them. However, I think I might have solved this.

Malwish, the people with the unsealed metalminds have a strong relationship with Kelsier. Kelsier is the leader of the Ghostbloods.

The Ghostbloods have a sect on Roshar. We can only assume that any Scadrians on Roshar are part of the Ghostbloods.

"That woman was a Full Feruchemist"

This means that Kelsier and the Malwish had access to a person with all 16 Feruchemical powers and could create an Unsealed Metalmind.

It is very interesting to see a Full Feruchemist in this time period. And there is good evidence that Axindweth is a member of the Ghostbloods (she interacts with Mraize's Aviar). For future reference, though this:

Is not a safe assumption. We know Demoux is a Scadrian and NOT a Ghostblood. He's a member of the Seventeenth Shard and he shows up in the Purelake region during TWoK. Other groups like Silverlight scholars possibly have Scadrians on Roshar too. There's also Sixteen, who technically isn't on Roshar, but he is in the Rosharan region of the Cognitive Realm.

I'm so glad you brought this subject up. It's never really occurred to me until just now that most Worldhoppers greatly extend their natural lifespan. Just because Full Feruchemists and Full Allomancers aren't born anymore doesn't mean they're all dead. Axindweth could be one of several Full Feruchemists and Full Allomancers who are potentially still out there. That does simplify some things about the Malwish's tech in general.

The thing about the assumption I had not taken into account, thank you for rooting that out. I did get the feeling that the terrorist-type actions to Zahel linked closely to what had become a terrorist-type group, at least on Roshar. Either way, it proves that there is at least one Full Feruchemist alive, and could create the unsealed metalminds.

I would like to state my liberal use of the word terrorist here, I understand it can be a sensitive word, but I think it somewhat applies to the ghostbloods, at least for the Rosharians.
