Maybe extend the fuller up more towards the point of the sword, otherwise it looks mishaped, and a cool detail you could add would be to have the blade flare out maybe like this Shardagger below. Also there probably shouldn't be an indent on the pomeel because that makes it look like there is meant to be a gemstone there, which as a knight radiant, that shouldn't be the case  . Otherwise, I does look really fire, I haven't seen something so complex on tinkercad before.
