In the interlude we see she has a whole miniature army that takes over Kharbranth in a matter of hours. Do we know who they are or what they are or where they came from? Are they all dead now? Any theories? What's their deal?

I think any agents that were still in Kharbranth when Taravangian destroyed it are dead. But it's unlikely that she sent 100% of her agents in there. They must still be around somewhere. 

The only real physical descriptor we get is "People with faintly blue veins beneath the skin". 

This is most likely unrelated, but in WoK, the women of Babatharnam are described as having prominent blue veins due to inbreeding with the Siah Aimians. That's a tenuous connection at best.. But Babatharnam does have some interesting things going for it:

• The people of Babatharnam would be ethnically Selay (a race we've seen very little of).
• Babatharnam borders the Purelake; which doesn't feel fully explored (at least to me).
• Babatharnam has an Oathgate.
• Sigzil has been there and explained quite a bit about their political system and general history in WoK. 
• They were conquered by Singer forces, so probably weren't fans of Odium

Not to hijack this thread, but my big question about Cultivation's agents is, do they have any invested abilities?

This is Cultivation's hit squad, so you would expect them to have some kind of ability, right?

However, this is the only description we get

There's no mention of shardblades or shardplates so I assume they aren't knight radiants or shardbearers, but are they really just normal people?

I would assume they have some kind of magical ability. Maybe they're using magic from the purelake fish to give them speed and strength?

Nws about hijacking, this thread is to compile any information or theories we have about them as well as theorize
They probably are Invested in some way. I don't see how they could have taken or snuck into Kharbranth otherwise

Im curious how this group was formed. Cultivation seems to only interact with those who seek the nightwatcher. Could somone have showed up and become cultivations agent there? 
 

As far as invested abilities we really can’t say, maybe some had boons or banes from the nightwatcher 

 

I wonder how they got missions from cultivation… Spren? Visions like Dalinar?
