I was searching about war breaker and found that Vivenna was around 22 at that time.

then I figured out that azure is vivenna so I went to check how old she was in storm light and it said 17.

azure is tracking zahel and this is after war breaker. . . so how did she decrease in age!

I'm curious, where did the age come up in Stormlight? I don't recall it being stated anywhere.

if i am wrong and azure is 22 shouldent she be at least 30 in storm light because of time spent tracking zahel

You need to go to your profile, click/tap the "edit profile" button on the top right, then go down until you find the "member title" space. Then just add whatever u want there.

Vivenna is unlikely to be 22 during Warbreaker, and is very likley to be much older by the time she is known as Azure on Roshar. 

All we know for certain is that Siri was 17 at the beginning of Warbreaker and she was the fourth Child, making Vivenna at least 20 years old, and it has been centuries (at current timeline - we expect a final timeline before SA6) since Warbreaker before WoK so she had 5th heightening or some other Agelesness at some point.
