THE SEER OF ALL genderfluid Posted March 25, 2025 Posted March 25, 2025 Name: Colchian Dragon Lore: after the fleece was stolen he roamed the land causing chaos wherever he went
Hoid Slayer He/Him Posted March 27, 2025 Posted March 27, 2025 Plot Idea: Throughout history, the gods of different mythologies rarely had to share the world. After one mythology’s era was gone, they were trapped in the artifact, and other gods came to take their place. This cycle continued for millennia; Zeus never shared the world with Inti, the Incan Sun god. Now that all of the myths are suddenly thrust into the world at the same time, however, each deity must fight for their place in the pantheon of the new world. Now, my character: Name: Piltzintecuhtli Gender: Male (but a god so he can appear in any form) Occupation: Aztec god of the rising Sun, healing, and visions. Third of the Nine Lords of the Night. Skills: Magical healing, appears through visions and hallucinations, but rarely shows his true form, other godly abilities History: This is gonna be long so spoilered for size Spoiler Piltzintecuhtli was the son of Oxomoco and Cipactonal, the first humans. He married Xōchiquetzal (myths argue over this, so I’ll assume they married and later split), goddess of fertility, beauty and love, and together they had a son, Centeōtl, god of Maize. They also adopted another son, Nanahuatzin. Nanahuatzin went on to sacrifice his life to become the Sun, allowing humanity to live. (From here on I’m making it up) Piltzintecuhtli always felt bad for Nanahuatzin’s sacrifice, holding himself at guilt. In the current day, when the myths return and all the gods are busy fighting for their positions, Piltzintecuhtli volunteers to help humanity prevent the wrath of Tlaltecuhtli. This is his sacrifice; as he is not fighting for his position, his powers will begin to fade as other gods assert themselves, and he will become mortal.
