Seperate cells, or one big thing?

Laegon coughed. "Hello? What is this?" He tries breaking the chains, which of course doesn't work. He instead tried scooting the chair closer to the bars to stick his head out.

Separate.

There was no reply.

Across from him, however, was a cell with a woman, blindfolded and completely calm. She was muttering to herself, however.

You each awake in a cell, closed bars in front of your face.

There was a small window behind you.

The stone in your hand was heavy, and, in front of you, a polished table-like furniture held a hole at the point closest you - just the size of the stone.

He gets up, looking at the stone, and the table.

The stone seemed a perfect fit.

Perfect

He decided... To put the stone in.

“Hello? Anyone else here? I'm Styrn…”

Down the block of cells, he could hear muttering.

The table cleared to a picture of the cell block, each prisoner depicted separately.

Styrn put his stone in the table. *click*. A map appeared. Styrn poked at it.

He does not have a stone. He is in a cell.

A man strode through the halls, visible on the “cameras”. He opened your cell, pulling you out. “You’ve been selected to snap.”

He appeared in a corn field.

He continues to watch as he can, intrigued by this long range viewer thingy. It seemed to be like a scope? Well.. it was interesting.

There was a door to his right - it didn’t seem to be locked.

A voice rang through the halls after some time. [Release the prisoners. Their time has been served.]

Their cells opened, and they were unchained.

Ishnim stepped out, bringing her hands up to her eyes hesitantly.

In front of him, the blindfolded lady held up her chains, grinning wildly.

He tipped his head. “Who’re you?”

The woman brought the blindfold up, then rammed the chains into her eyes, blood dripping down. She replaced the blindfold, then offered a bloodstained hand unsteadily. "I'm Ishnim, the Priestess."

His eyes went wide. “I thought I was the insane one.”

She giggles. "How can I be insane, when we have such a failure for a deity? He makes up for it many times over."

He hesitated. “…What?”
