their songs are very much based on your life. They make mental health awareness songs. As someone who has struggled with way to many of those to count i find most of their songs to be my favriote. You have to look around and listen to a lot cause they have a wide variety. they have metal, soft rock, normal rock, hip hop ish. They sing about depression anxiety eating disorders body images religious trauma mental trauma emotional trauma all fo it.anything under the sun. 

I mostly speak from experience. It took a sec to find my songs but everyone has at least one song. Like for me i like all of their most recent albums and some of the older ones. 

It’s worth the time and digging because when you find your songs they hit so hard.

Strong for somebody else is a great fit for Kaladin. Face to Face is Dalinar facing off with Odium at the end of Oathbringer. "I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees" so good. 

ICU (the title song) gets stuck in my head all the time, I love to sing it. 

And the song I send to others is Burden. Burden is beautiful.

Lowkey some of their songs I listened to to the first time and just

i listened to good old days after months of waiting during school and had to like try to not start BAWLING omg . and like some of their crap hits WAY TO HARd

or like a song you didnt used to relate to then re listen to and like…. naw i get this crap now, alas i did that with suicide note,,,,, NOT FROM NOW im not… from a fe years ago and most recently anyone but me… and 1000 percent letdown
