Just jump. You can take it - we bear no respect for this half reality Aeia has patched together, and so why should we obey its rules?

Jakob shrugs, and does a front flip off the mountain.

This better not kill me.

He lands, the impact breaking the ground below him, cracks running around under him.

A flash of extra pin ran through him, but nothing else.

What did I tell you?

Rage stood, looking at the two of them. “I judge you…”

His voice strained, and he looked down. “But how can it be? There are none worthy of this burden, save I. I alone shall rescue the Duchess.”

It wasn’t clear whether he was talking to you. But the next was clear. “I. Judge. You. UNWORTHY!”

He stepped forwards, sword in hand.

She nearly attacked. Would have if she wasn’t held back.

She twisted his emotions to protect Aela.

His emotions… pushed back. And they were.. they were a lot.

”Daughter of Mirth, your powers cannot affect me.”

He sneers. “Mirth wasn’t even supposed to be among us. She was just a faceless, nameless commoner.”

He spat, and rushed towards Aela, sword in hand.

@Through The Living Glass

She yelped and scrambled back.

Rage stops short before her. “I have not Judged you, peasant. Now move, or I shall.”

His personality seemed drastically different.

@Through The Living Glass

She would have wondered why that was if she hadn't been so terrified.

“No, please! Please, don’t take her too! She’s all I have left!”

The tree is felled with the blow, and a few branches wink out of existence.

Before long, he approached a man in armor, watching the horizon. His back was to you.

His hand struck a small nest of bugs, each glowing gold. He squished them, only for them to regrow and sting his hand before flying away.

The woman looked up, and Aela recognized her. “It’s gone… the library… something went wrong with the protections… the storm destroyed it.”

He sees Rage about to attack Felicity and Aela, sword raised.

Mabye he should help.

@Spark of Hope

The power pulsed within her, pushing for… attack? It pushed to be used, to twist the Threads that made up the world.

@Argenti

I am not sure of that. You must find them, I think. But that shouldn’t be difficult, I think.

The crown glowed an abrasive golden light, piercing through the winds and illuminating his way.

@IcedOutPenguin

A voice pierced the fog. Who… are you?

A cloaked figure stepped from the darkness, and behind the figure, a small golden light began to glow.

It is you who lies. Do you not feel it, permeating your body? The fear, worming its way into your every thought, seeping into your very soul? Does it not command your actions? Compel your body?
