Like Taln says below, mostly. I've heard that you should try to turn off devices for an hour before bed because of how much it activates your brain and stuff. Which I don't do. Which is probably part of why I don't get much sleep 😅

As for tips, I'd recommend 

- Follow the 321 rule: No food 3 hrs before bed (at least not any big meals) , no exercise 2 hrs before, and no liquids an hour before 

- For the most part, any small amount of light can reset your internal clock by several hours, so try to limit light exposure leading up to bedtime, including phone/devices. I personally like to turn off all the lights (and my phone) and stretch 30 mins before bed, and that's helped me

Hmmmmm...ok, I may check out the anime. Gonna finish the manga first though...once it gets here lol

YOOOO UnOrdinary is excellent!! I love how John's mental health things are written and handled. He's such an interesting main character. And the amazing writing that somehow a character that died before the series began is an important and fan favorite character! 

Also, Arlo's fork wielding skills are never to be underestimated.
