So, about 30 years from now, long after I'm dead, the Stormlight Archive ends. Team Not Taravangian wins! Using the combined power of two Dawnshards or whatever, they reforge Retribution into Reconciliation (or something), and Roshar is no longer a threat to the Cosmere.

With the end of the Everstorm, the time dilation clears, and the Roshar system returns to normal speed.

And they see a Scadrian invasion fleet approaching in normal space, and also a fleet from the Sel/Nalthis alliance coming through Shadesmar. Kelsier doesn't know Roshar is fixed, and Discord doesn't care. So the war happens anyway.

Wow what a cool theory! Don't think they are going to use the dawnshards as they are a bit volatile. I think the end goal for the series is the rebirth of Adonalsium. Hoid was been working on bringing back the dead and a lot of the vessels have realized they messed up by creating so many negative shards. If Devotion and dominion are revived by Hoid or one the Shards I think Taravangian is might accidently rebirth Adonalsium after a 3 way war between him Autonomy and everyone else. I'm thinking Autonomy is the next shard to go down and will probably be taken out around the time of stormlight 10.

The timing doesn't work for my crack theory, by the way. Space travel with fleets of starships isn't due to happen until Mistborn Space Age, which is supposed to be quite a bit after the end of the next trilogy.

I'm honestly not sure if the Dawnshard stuff will end up actually mattering to the Stormlight Archive, or if it and Rysn are just there to set up stuff for other cosmere books.

I'm hoping that, after an entire Era of having Autonomy run rings around him as Harmony, him becoming Discord will let him finally start punching back at her.

Also, we know that Patji, one of her Avatars, is no longer around on First of the Sun during that story, which is confirmed to take place not too long before Mistborn Era 4, and I doubt that Autonomy would willingly give up one of her invested planets by choice, so according to my powers of deduction, Era 3 is not going to end well for Autonomy.

Well, considering that she is required never to come back to Roshar and has some mad skills as a merchant, I'm thinking we'll be seeing her more often in future books as the head of some kind of new Worldhopping trading company.

I don’t quite understand what you mean by the end of the series because idk if Brandon is planning to merge all series but you can’t have Adonalsium rebirth until you wrap up every single other cos mere book/storylines and even then Brandon might want to write other books in the cosmere. It’s a possibility that other books occur with adonalsium alive… but shards conflicting is more interesting

Barring some kind of futuristic life-extension technology, Brandon will not live long enough to write anything post-Space Age. It won't even start, at the most optimistic estimate, until he's over 70, and I'd expect it to take 10 years to write, what with also writing Dragonsteel.

Nah, Brandon gonna write 4 books a year. All jokes aside, this proves my point because is he really gonna live long enough to finish everything he wants to do and then write a cosmere finale? It’s possible but seems unlikely.
