The name's Octavia but you can call me Tavi or Tavia (Or Octa depending on how chaotic you feel- whatever works best  ).

I'm new to the forums and kind of new to the Cosmere. I'm currently working on the Stormlight Archive, Mistborn, and Yumi and the nightmare Painter all at the same time.

Personal favorite books: Tress or Oathbringer

so I took the quiz and apparently I’m an Edgedancer but I see myself more as a lightweaver purely because I draw a lot and like to make little characters and such.

so I took the quiz and apparently I’m an Edgedancer but I see myself more as a lightweaver purely because I draw a lot and like to make little characters and such.

I got Lightweaver, granted those who know the series and me tend to consistently give other potential orders for me. However, I love to write and storytelling in general. Furthermore, when I ran tabletop games I did often surprise people with my ability to change persona. So I will stick with Lightweaver.

I do, got 3 novels I tried to write. Sadly, I have yet to work out a magic system that works as well in my head as Brandon's do. 

As for the kind of tabletop, I used to run Vampire The Masquerade for several years. Now I am transitioning over to D&D albeit heavily homebrewed.

cool! I’m currently part of a homebrew campaign and I am (attempting) to make one myself. Cant say I’ve heard of Vampire the Masquerade but it sounds fun. I’ll have to check it out

I appreciate the compliment, I will assume that you are referring to writing style more than anything at present.

I wish you luck on the homebrew front. Don't do what I did and go to the level of creating your creation myth in the style of Tolkien. I have not even gotten close to the bronze age of one setting. Granted I got 2 or 3 homebrew settings as well. In addition, to an 8 page document for a Mistborn game set prior to the books.
