I'm looking for books that might be similar to the way of kings (in world) that Dalinar reads, if anyone has any recommendations of any kind I'll accept

So, just to clarify - Real World leadership books that have similar messages to those espoused by the in-story Way of Kings by Nohodon?

If yes, I'd start with Lincoln on Leadership for more general Leadership lessons-learned and John Maxwell's Laws of Leadership for a more modern approach (including mentoring and smaller team leadership, rather than National Leadership concerns).
