While re-reading this comment from Hesina stood out to me
When did Hesina become cosmere aware to use it in everyday language like this?

I don't know that she would need to be Cosmere aware to make a comment like this. Keep in mind that Cosmere in world is also used like galaxy/universe. I suspect its more like her saying "One of the great mysteries in all of existence."

I had not thought that on Roshar that Cosmere was a term in common use,  but yes looks like I was mistaken.

It's also important to remember that SA is a work 'translated' from the original Alethi into our language here on another planet. She may well have said something along the lines of "the wider expanse of any known or unknown existence throughout time and space ad eternum" and the in-world translator simply used "Cosmere" as shorthand that those on Silverlight and here on Earth (in another universe altogether) would understand.

I've long thought "Hessi" of Unmade study fame, is actually Hesina. If so, she'd know. I also side with @The Sovereign. They'd all know and use the word "cosmere." The comment reminds me of Geoffrey Rush in Shakespeare in Love. Whenever asked about the vagaries of show business, he answered, "I don't know how, but it will work out. It's a mystery..."
