BUG: Quote inside a Spoiler tag

I found an odd bug in an old thread. The last post on the page has a WEOB quote inside a Spoiler tag, but when you expand the spoiler area it overlays the content in front of some of the footer elements and behind others.  See picture attached.  This is a weird one, not causing any serious problems but something is definitely out of whack.

This is known behaviour, discussed in the Sharder FAQ and reported in the site upgrade thread here.

Basically, when this happens, the user needs to expand the top level first, before expanding any interior quotes or spoiler tags.
