So what's this I hear about a Crawfish shortage this season?

Not sure, lemme see… ah! It’s because of the droughts in 2023 and the freezing temperatures in early 2024

Well, I do be Southern. It's in my signature, for heaven's sake! 

I live in Utah now though. I will say, of all the things I miss about the South, the humidity is NOT one of them. 

I do miss the food though... and the culture.
