Redbird he/him
So if Sazed has the power of two shards, doesn't that make him the most powerful, or would his inexperience as a shard(s) and opposing forces he's controlling make him about equal to another shard? killersquirrel59 he/him
I think this is covered in a WoB somewhere noting that he has the potential to be but that for the moment he is still getting used to the fact that they are opposed and is spending a lot of his energy dealing with the opposing imperatives of Preservation and Ruin. In time he could become far more powerful though once he learns to harness their power more efficiently.
AerionBFII he/him
In a WOB it's said Odium is afraid of him... so he must be powerful. I also agree with you, i think his inexperience will work against him until he gets his 'Shards' figured out..
Redbird he/him
Okay, what does WOB stand for?
Moogle
Okay, what does WOB stand for? Word of Brandon, which means various things Brandon has said on forums or been recorded as saying at signings. The one referenced is here: ericth Could Sazed take down Rayse since he has two shards? Brandon Sanderson Rayse is VERY scared of Sazed. However, given Sazed is a composite of two diametrically opposed shards, he finds it very difficult to act. Lord Tavash Shar
Its worth noting that the dynamically opposed shards actually make Sazed extremely terrifying.Fission and Fusion are Opposing effects in nature. But Star's would not exist without both happening within them at the same time. I expect that Sazed will work the same once he has it figured out. Being able to Sustain powerful effects over extended periods unlike other shards temporary bursts of power.
Redbird he/him
Except that fission is not what powers stars, just fusion. Also as previously said, having perfectly opposed shards makes it difficult to act as of alloy of law. Observer
Some slack since you're new on the forums (judging by the 9 posts as of writing) but could you try to keep the titles of your threads non-spoilery? Aside from it being visible under the Mistborn section to anybody who happens to look there, any thread, even those under the hidden sections, can be seen from the front page if it's a new one. By now it's unlikely anybody on these forums hasn't finished Mistborn, but you never know. It pays to be careful when such a large spoiler is involved. I recall in the Allow of Law Annotations that Brandon said Sazed has extreme difficultly acting thanks to his two Shard intents.
