Edgar still wasn’t looking at her. Jenny had learned that that meant he felt upset based on his past behavior.

Jenny sighed. Edgar was so cruel to himself. He’d only made a mistake that was completely understandable. He’d been blinded.

Why wasn’t he crying? He normally cried when he was like this.

”We’ll say it canceled out, then. And there’s a pretty big difference between accidentally tackling me while blind and causing no damage versus literally saving my live. I needed you. I still do.”

He sweeps his hands around the room, causing some of the vines, and forestation to disappear. He would leave the rest for nature, and his mother, but they did not need to trip on everything, everytime they go to walk.

the forest was more resistant than it should be but since there wasn't much underbrush by then anyways it still cleared up the rest
